i personally love the fact you do not name the specific mics. just use your ears! thanks for adding more options. One of them is the 57 and the other is the 7.
I guess this is a joke, but so as not to confuse new folks, just bypass the cab block, or if you play only acoustics with this preset, don't include a cab block in the first place.I would like to see the TOTALY FLAT speaker considered for those using amplified acoustic instruments.
Some use the Null IR in the cab block to get access to the preamp goodies in the cab block....I guess this is a joke, but so as not to confuse new folks, just bypass the cab block, or if you play only acoustics with this preset, don't include a cab block in the first place.
How about "can you purchase a new FM3 at some point" ?FM3 with Dyna Cabs at some point?

I don't personally see how it makes sense not to know what specific mic I'm using (helps / can't see how it could hurt), but I suspect the design will become clearer once we have the full picture - maybe something like that we'll have 4 generic "mic slots" to use onboard, and can mix offline in cablab4 with known mics and port in - we'll see - but regardless, yes, even without knowing the mic specifics, these 4 generic mic options, within the cab IRs provided, installed in this new cab feature set, are killer good, providing a great IR tonal range - more than plenty for what I'd ever need. It's such a big step up that I'm afraid the many 3rd pty IR libs I've purchased so far won't get much further use, at least not for Axfx.i personally love the fact you do not name the specific mics. just use your ears! thanks for adding more options.
