There's no need to do that. You can use Axe Manage presets to open the factory preset bank and copy only the presets you want.Save your custom presets from the AxeFx to your computer.
Load the new factory presets from your computer to the AxeFx and test them.
When finished reload your saved custom presets from your computer to the AxeFx.

Use Axe-Manage Presets in Axe-Edit. Open the factory preset bank files. Drag the individual presets wherever you want them. Then hit Save.
