display for the floor and put the FM9 on a stand to tweak.

I think it would be cool to have a second larger display in the right corner that would show things like the pedal settings or set list or something of that nature. Maybe a dumb idea

I'm just going to retrofit my FM9T. I intend to place it on a two-foot-high platform during rehearsal and performances. Instant larger displays and I get more of a leg workout toe-tapping those footswitches which gives me an edge over the MKIIT. Provides a "larger" LCD screen too. For the win!

Don't plan on selling my lovely FM9T or upgrading to this unit. It wouldn't be worth the loss in cost. Nice displays are better but won't break the bank if I don't have them. It's not like the cpu or sound features changed. Just curious what FW it's shipping with? 5.1 or 6.0 public beta?

Looks like they'll be installing the release version of 6.0 on most of them. The Fractal Admin wrote this in the waitlist thread yesterday:

Invites are going to begin quite slowly in the hopes that we can get a release version of firmware 6 on most of these... Any day, I think!
