    EVM12L 2X12 Bassman Cab With Piezo

    I use a Marshall 4x12 cab and always have the cab sims on,i find no bottom end at all with them off! i got my standard second hand and still wonder if something was set up wrong somewhere by the previous owner because with the sims off it really is unusable!! :shock:

    OK be gentle please i know nothing about ohms!! I have a Marshall 8008 valvestate 80 watts a side power amp,can i run a 4x12 cab at 16 ohms from one output and a 1x15 cab at 4 ohms from the other output? I thought i better ask in case i wreck something! ...

    Yeah sorry! i run both left and right outputs to the pa and the delay is stereo,worked great with my stereo 4x12 so i have no idea why it wont work through the pa! :(

    Ok,at rehearsal today my power amp gave up so i went direct to the pa. cleans with delay all worked fine but all distorted patches with delay you could only hear reverb,no delay coming out at all!! any ideas? :shock:

    Fratomic / Marshall cab?

    I use a ss power amp and a marshall 1960a cab and get a much better sound with the cab sims on,in fact it sounds terrible with them off! :shock:

    Axe cut out-no sound!!

    I just got back from rehearsal,about halfway through between songs the axe-fx cut out-no sound,no input lights, nothing-panic!!! :shock: changed lead,changed guitar-nothing :shock: Turned off the axe-fx...turned it back on works perfect!! :o Changed underpants and back to rehearsing! :D...

    Thanks,i had this guitar built to my specs in China,really cheap! i put a Gibson Burstbucker pro in the bridge and set it up.It has a nice flame maple neck and quilted body.. :)

    I have only had the axe a short while but already i think i will get great results with it,the Splawn was a great amp,i had mine for 4 years but i do not regret changing set-ups.I will nail the Quickrod sound soon! :D

    Deep switch 8.02?+cant open files!

    Hi,newbie here. To prevent output clipping do i just reduce the levels somewhere, ie mixer level? Quite a few of the presets clip at the output which is a suprise as i thought these would be set up not to!

    Well i picked up a standard on sat and rehearsed on sun,i ran the axe into a ss poweramp and then into a Marshall 1960A 4x12.I tried it with cab sims off and on and thought it sounded better with them on! :shock:

    Hi, new here but have been looking and checking out the clips for a while and i am very tempted to get one,can anyone help me with a problem? I have had many set-ups over the years,Racks,tube heads,vetta combo etc and i am very happy with my set-up at the moment apart from the lugging around...
