Speaker Drive Control - How does it work?

OK I use this for 4 years and I know what it does but how exactly does it work? What is happening to the signal? How does it achieve the effect? Anybody knows? And shouldn't it be tied to the signal envelope? My ears are telling me it is not. :?

The AXE-FX Reverb is "almost" perfect? Java? Cliff?

Calling on all Reverb experts.... I'm in no way expert but I'm getting much better at getting out what I want from Reverbs. Recently I had a chance to work with "WizooVerb W2" at a friends studio. It's a cool Reverb that has very similar features to the AXE-FX Reverb. Pre Delay and Tail Delay...

Playing Bass with my Les-Paul (Pitch down)

AXE-FX with AudioEase Orange Cabinet IR
