5150 Stealth EL34 version?

Maybe tweak the Plexi 100w model? I think it will get you closer to what you're after. The 5150iii has a more modern flavor. That's just my opinion though! :-)

Thank you for your feedback guys! An AX8 is suited more to my needs than the III to be honest, so even if I had the money I would still go for the pedalboard format. When the time comes I'll probably try it with both FRFR and cab setups in order to decide which one is more suited to my needs...

Amp simulator vs “the real thing” argument

I'm mostly using Mercuriall Spark for some reamping and practicing when I'm bored to switch on my amp, it's a great plugin for Marshall tones. It's definitely a step to the right direction.

Tweaking Tips for Axe FX Ultra

I don't think I should buy a DI just for tweaking purposes. It's not worth it in my opinion. I will probably use the Looper like 2112 does with his AX8.

I contacted a great member of Fractal Audio support team via Facebook. He guided me throught the problem and I sent it to an electrician who expertises in amps, pedals and racks. This good man from Fractal Audio said to me the most possible problem, I informed the electrician and he fixed it...

Conquering Dystopia(Jeff Loomis-Keith Merrow) - Debut Album

Although they are Kemper users (sic),today they released their first intrumental metal album and it's amazing!!Best album of 2014 so far for my tastes! :) Does anybody listened to it? Any first impressions? :ugeek

Because the Torpedo costs the same in Europe as a Kemper and it does less things.Plus,with an Axe Fx II have more amps,pedals,cabs,options in general than with the JVM.
