    This is also good to keep in mind when applying eq to reverb, delay, and modulation effects. The more low end you pump into those types of effects, the more your low end disappears due to phase cancellation or gets smeary.

    Yeah then your lows can be clean clear and compressed with one ratio and your mids/highs can be crunchy with another compression ratio to help you cut through a mix. You can also put modulation effects on that line so you can have your effects without canceling out low frequencies.

    Another advantage of my packs is that it allows you compare mic sounds using the same position/distance, on the same source, in the same room. So it's now possible to compare a pristine D12E versus a pristine D12VR or 70s SM58 versus an 80s SM57, et. al.

    I can tell you what I used pre release to test the pack: 1973 Les Paul Triumph bass 2022 Ibanez Mikro 5 string 1980 Rickenbacker 4003 2019 Squier VM Jaguar bass SS Unfortunately all the trendy new basses have necks that are too big for my hands or cost more than my first 3 cars combined.
