Is 'Setlist' feature only functional if you have a Fractal FC?

I have not had a chance to peruse the 6b2 firmware and won't until Friday but I was looking forward to the setlist feature. After doing some research and reading the mini manual, it's not clear, but it certainly looks like setlist functionality requires a Fractal FC? Is this the case?

Wish 'REVEAL' would reveal more than just under the Preset switches - Why not all IA's?
