Extract individual preset files from an Axe-Fx-II_All-Banks.syx file with no Axe-Fx II present?

I have a situation where I need to review some settings in an old factory preset from when I had an Axe FX II. I know it was a factory preset and I have the backup file with all the presets from my Axe FX II - the Axe-Fx-II_All-Banks_.syx file.

Is there any way to extract individual presets out of this file?
Is there any way to expand this into individual syx files for each preset in the bank file?

I no longer have the AxeFX II and I'm looking for the last factory preset for the following two presets:
Organic
Solar Eclipse
