I think it makes sense for a Macbook air product. I'm not so sure about the Macbook Pro line or the mac mini - and you can already see the dimished I/O on the mini.

    Delay Designer

Great video! Like Simeon said this goes back to Axe-Fx I standard days. But I think it takes someone like @2112 to explain it super clearly. We even used to use delay blocks to support lengthier IRs when the cab block only supported 512 samples.

    Windows 10 USB audio stops

You don’t have to, in device manager just go through the menus and sort by device connection. Then you only turn off power management for that hub.

    Windows 10 USB audio stops

Thanks for the pointer - I disabled it only for the root hub that the Axe-Fx III is connected to. I'll report back to see if it made a difference.

    Windows 10 USB audio stops

Occasionally I've seen my USB audio through the Axe-FX III stop working - both ASIO and windows audio. I think the most reliable way I've found to reproduce this is just leaving the Axe-Fx III on overnight but occasionally it happens within hours (hours from first turning on the Axe-Fx III)...

    Studio monitor for Axe-Fx III?

Yeah they do. To me both are in the category of "you get out what you put in". For a standard tuned guitar, not really as it is mostly around 40-80 Hz but very noticeable when playing music through them. And their respective frequency response charts show that to be the case as well. For...

    Studio monitor for Axe-Fx III?

I have both the CLRs (which I’ve used as monitors pole mounted) and the scepter S8s. For studio/home monitors I prefer the scepters S8 - they have a bit more usable bass than the CLRs.
