Standalone (PC) knocks out all other audio

Loving the plugin so much. so far, I've used it on a few recordings. not even bothering with my Cubase plugins.
Thedelays/mods/rev's are just insanely better. Even my convolution verbs have been discarded.

I'm hoping that a future release will address these issues for standalone/DAW use:

  • Running in standlone mutes all other audio system wide.
  • Only able to have stereo inputs as an option. would be great if there were mono input selections available.
  • Tuner "mute" button causes havoc when used in a DAW.

I'm plugin illiterate Steve - I can't get it sound even close to my AXE III - you probably don't have time for a video to properly use Icons but what the heck am I doing wrong lol

You Guys have enough to do - you dont need me bothering you - just never had any luck with daws - they just don't sound the same as me jamming solos to a youtube backing track with my AXE III :( outside a daw - drives me crazy lol

Just an observation...

Those with AM4 have mono, but want stereo Inputs.
Those with ICONS have stereo, but want mono inputs.

I understand both. Just funny (if you're NOIT Fractal). :)

just like any DAW setting you should be able to have the option of mono inputs. the guitar is mono after all. I'm not quite following your logic here. sorry.

I agree whole-heartedly, fellas!

I was only chuckling (chucklhead?) because I was just reading someone in an AM4 thread wanting stereo input. Then ICONS stereo input, with a... mono want... here (I do too!).

I just pictured Fractal saying... Tough crowd... on a very busy day! ✌️

Id happily help you get setup. Grab yourself a DAW, Reaper is good and I'll walk you through it. The trial is now out too!
 
Thanks Steve - I have Fender studio 8 - upgraded from Studio one 7 pro - tried most of the daws - I'm on pc - your awesome
