Fractal Axe Fx III just gets better with age and firmware upgrades! Thank you Cliff and your entire team including all the great Beta Testers!
Thank you for your quick response!
I have indeed noted that the hardness tube values are very different on the amps I use compared to the previous FW, but, apart from EC-20, the changes are not audible.
Band commander: 8.4 to 2.6
EC-20 EF86: 7.4 to 3.75
Plexi 100w 1970: 7.3 to 2.2
Thanks again
I hate to be presumptuous, but is this fix likely to be a quick typo correction, out in a few days, or a bit more of a wait with other improvements included too?Aside from the AC-20 EF86 those values are correct.

Thank you for keep working on the spring reverb.Improved dwell algorithm for spring types in Reverb block.
I have no idea what that answer will be.. only Cliff & Co could say.. but it is interesting to ask myself: is it possible to do that by way of using code?Would it be possible to emulate/mimic the VP4/AM4 UI on the AxeFX III? The intuitiveness of the new products seems to be getting a lot of praise.

One thing is missing in the spring reverb : the noise of the springs when you shake the ampImproved dwell algorithm for spring types in Reverb block.
Seriously? It was already the best-sounding spring reverb in any modeler on the market.
Much appreciated. @FractalAudio

I think there's nothing to worry about. Each time this kind of detail appeared, a correction was put online very quickly.I hate to be presumptuous, but is this fix likely to be a quick typo correction, out in a few days, or a bit more of a wait with other improvements included too?
I'd really like 31.01, but I'm less excited to locate all the presets this would affect and modify them, then do that again when 31.02 is out.
And also, serious props for your attention to detail, and all you do.
If the release notes don’t mention it, I would say no.Since Amp block preamp modeling is "changed" - is it necessary to do a soft reset (or hard reset?) on something in my presets? Thank you in advance!
I love it when the Spring Reverb gets some loveImproved dwell algorithm for spring types in Reverb block.

My guess? AxeFX IV, new screen and hardware layout. And I'm sure it's in the works (hopefully along with FM9). Speculation; sometime next year?Would it be possible to emulate/mimic the VP4/AM4 UI on the AxeFX III? The intuitiveness of the new products seems to be getting a lot of praise.
