AFIII Boston - Peace of Mind cover

I recently got this PRS S2 Custom 24 that has been through some hard times, after a refinish, some refretting with stainless steel frets and a much needed setup I am giving her a test drive with a cover from one of my favorite bands.

The preset used is here:

and the user IR in the cab block is one of a rockman amp and is also attached

That was really good and sounded great! Fantastic job. I’m looking forward to trying out this patch tonight.

Remember to use the Rockman IR! Don't ask me how I know.

I love Boston too, man, one of those bands that never fails to bring the rems and the feels from growin' up!! Nicely done, sounds great, and thanks also for the preset and the Rockman IR, very kind! I'm definitely firing this one up tomorrow, Smokin', Party, and Feelin' Satisfied are officially on the agenda (three we covered ages ago in a 4 nights a week cover band, and funny enough, was also my exact weekend routine for waaaay too many decades!! :tearsofjoy: 🤘:sunglasses:).

Hey brother, you nailed the tone and vibe! Plugged in and INSTANT giant grin, my fucking face hurts from smiling! 🤘 :tearsofjoy:

So I do have a couple of questions though (and I'm probably going to feel pretty stupid, but bear with me ;) )

- Scenes 4 and 5: Can you explain these a bit? S4 is Clean, but Amp/Cab are bypassed, and sound comes out one side only? S5 is Acoustic, and there is an Amp block turned on but again, Cab is bypassed and S5 produces no sound at all.

- You mentioned checking out the hyperspace effect, and I'd LOVE to, but...(here's where me feelin' foolish is a 50/50 gambit...)...how to I do that? ;) I have tried to sort it out but I'm stumped, I see no pedal blocks or assignments to a pedal?
Edit: I FOUND IT!! AHAHAHA holy SHIT man, that is fucking fantastic, WELL DONE!!!!! 🤘🤘:sunglasses::sunglasses: My face REALLY hurts now!!! It's assigned to External 1 which is my Wah assignment so it's like a custom fit brother!!! Geez man, absolutely fantastic!!!

Really an outstanding job on nailing the tone and feel on this, definitely a keeper, and the Rockman 4 IR is a wonderful bonus! What I've got working sounds fantastic whether it's on a Wylde Odin Grail with 81/85's, an EBMM Majesty 7, or an ESP AW-7 with SD Invaders, THAT'S a solid preset brother, thank you again!!

glad you like the preset man.
scene 4 is a 80s di clean sound and i have purposely bypassed the cab block to get it. it shouldnt come out one side only though. make sure all the pan knobs are in the center. on my end it's in the center.
scene 5 is an acoustic sim for songs like "more than a feeling" etc and i also bypassed the cab block to get a cleaner sound. you can try using acoustic irs with it and it might give you a better result
