New Fractal product coming!!

Nope, it's not a game when you know you are speaking to many long time fractal users and also the new ones. 25 pages of waffle ideas? Really? That's constructive and good for presenting a new product?
I've never seen Fractal "pre-disclose" a product in my time here.

And to be fair, Cliff mentioned it casually on another forum (in regards to another question), not here...

Nobody is "presenting" anything.

One too many whiskies and the excitement got the better of him?

If so, he is human after all!!

I never said they disclosed any products before(I also forgot about the AX8) All I meant to say and still do, why this ridiculous guessing game? That's rhetorical btw. And I do understand it's something they would like to keep to themselves, not specifically from us, but from competition, I get that.
The only fractal fx product I have ever passed on and not purchased was the FX8 and the AXEFXIII's. I am hoping it is something I might want. would be nice to know.....
Since I have the FM3 mkII Turbo and the FM9 for me it would be a smaller FM pedal.......I would buy it no doubt!
Also, it may be NOTHING at all!

More focused and probable predictions :
1- Pedal sized amp+cab block only, $800
(Would be quite « easy » for FAS to bring it, would be a nice entry level stuff, and would fit in existing pedalboards, also is a trend today, ToneX Pedal, Kemper Player, UAFX excellent amp pedals)
Also the recent reacting for UAFX Lion pedal showed the interest of Cliff for this product (wouldn’t have pointed out aliasing if not a potential new competitor ;)

2- lower probably because that would be a huge amount of work, machine learning engineering and open source competitors, a ToneX like pedal, using narrow IA to model amps. But would probably partially cannibalize actual line up and would give a new orientation to the company, Only one product does both white box and black box modeling, headrush.

3- a completely new guitar oriented product, like an guitar pickup (with ML backed to recreate some guitar model like line 6 tried in a very primitive form years ago, before the ai revolution)

4- a boring yet useful technical product (highest probability) from a simple audio interface guitar oriented to some wireless cable systems for stage

I'm not so sure about that.

The modeling requires a minimal amount of DSP. The smallest and least powerful Fractal, the FM3, requires one core of it's dual core DSP just for Amp modeling. It also requires another processor to offload Cab modeling.

We've been told before that there needs to be a certain sized chassis to allow proper cooling...

Maybe there has been some significant recent improvement in DSP capability but based on comments from Cliff not too long ago, I don't think so.

I'd be really surprised to see this be announced.
