Which dynamic mic was erased? SM57?
Both mics are still there in this beta, Dynamic 1 and Dynamic 2. The FW Release notes don't reflect the added Dynamic 2 mic yet. It's not unusual for the FW Release Notes not to be updated for each beta release but should be updated in the final version to include features added during the beta process.

EDIT: Each beta release will typically have any new features or models listed when a newer Beta FW is posted.

Thanks, glad to know it was just me jumping to conclusions.
As I prefer Dynamic 1 for the clarity in some of the cab types, despite this general consensus on this forum, I’ve lived with fear Dynamic 1 would be erased lol

It's a particularly nice sounding AC30 and I think it's because of the speakers. Also, this particular AC30 has "beam blockers" both vertically and horizontally. Most AC30s just have a vertical strip. This one has a cross pattern.” [7]

Thanks @yek I think cab #8 may make me a very happy camper, but I have a question:

Huge fan of the G12-T 75, but used to seeing them in 80s issue 1960 A/B cabs. Ive never seen it in a 1x12 (and can't figure what the "100" may refer to). I gig'd with them for decades and for me, they are perfect in a 4x12 Marshall cab.

Do you suppose this 1x12 will, for all intents and purposes, be a reasonable facsimile of the 4x12 1960 cabs with G12-T 75s and behave the same in a Dyna-Cab setup, or will the resonance of a 1x12 cab change it dramatically from my familiar 4x12 expectations?

I'm SUPER happy to see the G12-T 75 made to the release, and I mean over the moon happy, just curious about the 1x12-ness instead of the more familiar 4x12 configuration?

Anyone? I can't install the latest for a few days so I'm dying for some knowledge/opinion on this one

Celestion made/makes a G12T-100, not sure if it's the actual speaker that was shot or if it was in fact a G12-75. The G12T-100 was used in some amps as a stock speaker, I had a Fender Cyber-Twin 2X12 that was loaded with them.

Ah-ha! So it may be that this is indeed the G12T-100 and not the 75 in cab #8.

Thanks for the info @JoKeR III , no idea that was actually a thing!

Now I'm even more anxious to know what cab#8 truly is. I know there were a few of us G12T-75 fans who were hoping we'd get a 4x12 full of em at release, but it might not have made the cut. Plenty of other cabs to compare, contrast and enjoy though, can't wait to install the latest and check em all out!

A 1x12 will 100 percent never sound the same or even really close to a 4x12. Sorry to burst your bubble, but it’s the truth. It’s simply physics. It’s impossible for it to. The size/depth of the cab is much different, the way sound hits the back of the cab/brace and phase inverted on the way back is different, the low end and impedence will be vastly different. It just never will, sorry homie.
