Yes - I don't know whether the post is passive-aggressive or merely uninformed, but it is quite ridiculous. We have reached a point where these kinds of threads/queries are utterly ridiculous.
I don’t know seems like there is lot to be done with what we have already.Firmware revisions have been reduced to a trickle. Have we reached a point where there isn't much more to get out of the machine? Just askin'.
Oh cut them slack! They're entirely capable of doing both! When things are quiet in the Fractal world, that means it's time to brace yourself... this is the calm before the storm of something big. Cliff and team aren't just sitting around jerking it, they are hard at WORK.
Or meant to be inflammatory. We've seen way too many of those lately.Yes - I don't know whether the post is passive-aggressive or merely uninformed, but it is quite ridiculous.

And 'you'll' (OP) be there when you have mastered this box as it stands now.we're 99% there
You know what I have always wanted. An amp simulator, not a million delays or compressors or drives, just a quality small form factor amp sim. Even if the amp sims themselves where purchased outside of the boxes basic capabilities as add-ons.I'm sure modeling can still be improved by a lot... but is it necessary? The Axe III is as good as it gets and pretty much indistinguishable from a tube amp + mic setup. I think the focus should be on optimization now. Imagine if the CPU usage for our currently most complex presets would be halved. Or if all of what the Axe III can do would fit into a Pocket POD-sized device. Now that would be crazy.
