There is so many excellent guitarist and musician who have impact on our way to play, make music etc.

Who are yours favorite guitarist and musician? Who's sound you would like to have? etc. (You can name several if you want).

It's difficult to choose who have most impact but for me I think those first five have most impact on me.
There is so many that it's really difficult to make any list and this is only guitarists and there is so much music
and instruments that effects (ex. Vinnie Colaiuta /drums, Leland Sklar / bass, and also classical composers etc.).
Also now days social media like this Forum and Youtube etc. brings so much new players / musicians that they
have impact also.

Love this... and very true in my case. I try to learn something from everyone, even if it's something I don't like.

I've never really wanted to sound like anyone, but there are so many favorites, I doubt I could name them all. Here's a few in no particular order...

Slash inspired me to start playing when I was in highschool, my favorite band is Metallica and the rhythm guitar skills of Hetfield are legendary in my book. After a while I started taking lessons, my teacher was a huge Hendrix fan and I learned to appreciate while trying our best to learn several of his songs. Only at a later age I got into Pink Floyd, just love his sound
