WTF Brit Studio 20? How many people wanted a Marshall SV20H in the Wish List???

Does Fractal have so many Marshall and Tube Screamer models simply because it's easy to add one more? A SV20H is probably 80% the same as any other Superlead model so adding it is relatively straightforward without needing a ton of measurements, coding etc.

I haven't tested the 5W power output but the 20W setting is more than 20W. Clean power output is about 25W. Then you have to factor in that Plexis get their distortion from overdriving the power amp so power output when pushed is probably 30-40W.
While I didn't measure it, I have the sibling SC20H, the smaller JCM800, that is also quite loud. I think the lower watt rating is marketing to make it more appealing to bedroom players who love the classics from their youth... I can admit, the marketing worked on me!

I'm a Fractal player for everything that matters... but I just like having an 800 around, and use it now and again when I can be absurdly loud, certainly feels louder than 20W when dialed up. A lot of happy memories from the old days when digital meant a pedal that you couldn't safely run on batteries and little else.

Why shouldn´t FAS include it? It´s one of the best selling heads out there at the moment and it sounds actually quite decent and also different to the old plexis. It also has some harsh highs like the SC but i´d say the salesnumber speaks for itself and that´s not just because of the price (which is actually way higher than most of the asian made amps with asian transformers out there).

I am really curious. Can someone post a recording of that fantastic and unique SV20H with a tone that could not be achieved with the Axe-FX III?

Proving a negative? That's called a trap. I don't know if you have that kind of free time, I sure don't.
With all the tools in the AFIII you could make a German shepherd barking sound like an ES335 thru a Dumble - but the point is you don't have to tweak when you have so many out of the box amp choices. That's why we like so many amps, it means less tweaking to get "there" and there is a place we don't all agree on. : )

I welcome all wishes for additions. The thing is that this looks more like JFDI rather than a wish. It is not even at the wish section. So, if we hear the tone the OP is looking for, maybe we can all help to tweak it, as he seems to be in a importunateness
