Working on some Gary Moore tones

It's just the Plexi Normal but i might have tweaked it a little, I'll have a look at it tomorrow night for u guys and post :)

As for the tone, I do not think, it is all the way there. Of course, Gary's tones has changed over the years. My reference Gary Moore tone is something like this

I think, it has less low end and is a bit more nasal (high midrange) than your tone. And the tone as a whole is a bit more aggressive sounding. FWIW, I have been most happy with my Gary tones running a tube screamer and a compressor in front of the amp - I do not know, if Gary ever did anything like that.
