V7 bug - tick tick noise corresponding to patch/global tempo

Pretty much what the topic says. There's a very soft tick tick tick sound coming which locks in EXACTLY with the tap tempo button, and you can hear it on high gain amps with the noise gate off. It's strange - once I moved my signal cable further away from the MIDI IN cable (from my fcb, which was turned off) the sound went down in volume, but still very much there.

It's been there in previous firmware versions, because it's a hardware thing. It's the tap button led. Changing guitar vs axefx angle helps as well as more distance.
 
Better-shielded guitar cable can help. Or you can turn off SEND REALTIME SYSEX.

Turn SEND REALTIME SYSEX to Off. Or buy a decent MIDI controller (one that properly connects the shield) and a good cable.
