I had an AxeFx II issue that had been bugging me for a couple of months and decided to contact support. It was 4:10PM EDT today, a Friday. Six minutes later I had an auto-response that assured me it was received. Four minutes after that, 4:20PM EDT I get an in-depth personal response from Sean.

Props where props are due - these guys really deliver on the Customer Support after the sale like few others: Class act.

Oh, and the latest firmware is ridiculously good :)

Great! I'll tag along to this thread and say I also had a fantastic customer service experience w/ the guys on a service issue I had.
