STL Tones Will Putney Error

Just purchased this pack(already own a few others from them) and none of the presets load into the preset browser when navigating to the correct folder.Dragging the presets doesn't work either and when trying with Fractool it says they cannot be loaded. Has anyone else purchased this pack and can confirm is works with the AxeFx 3. I have emailed STL support as well, but was hoping someone here might have some insight.

Yes, and that the folder that won't load, all the others (Axe Fx 2/2xl) load fine through Fractool but not the actual presets in the folder for the Axe Fx 3

Then there’s most likely a problem with those preset files.
 
This usually means the presets were created with a newer version firmware than you are using.

Reinstalling won’t help. If everything else works except someone else’s presets, it’s probably the presets.

The preset creator needs to check and give you working presets.
