BIG NEWS!!! First of all thanks for everyone who tried to help here!
Today the federal network agency was here and found out that the whole high voltage line in our district of the city is kind of "defect". They are leaking frequencies up to 300kHz. Of course this is something that will needed to be fixed because it can harm other electrical devices too but since it is cost and time intensive it will take a while (can take years!!) to fix.
