Could you help me to understand about the effect order please?

For example effect A and B.
What type of effect that has result A + B "as same as" B + A?
And what type effect that A + B "not same as" B + A?

Sorry for the English...please advise.

Thanks a lot - Iqbal

For the most part, effects that have no significant compression, distortion (provided they maintain the same stereo or mono field). There a a few exceptions to this but for the most of the effects this holds true.

IMHO there aren't many occasions where it truly is A + B = B + A. However the differencies in the end in certain situations are such neglible that you may choose to use either order without noticing any differencies. But as soon as you are adjusting some specific parameters in either A or B. It might be the most important factor of which order they are in to get the result wanted.

You could also just run all your effects in parallel and then you don't have to worry about how your effects are feeding one another. But where's the fun in that?
