it does have a delay and reverb block.
but working on it a bit more, i think the pops are caused by 2 things in this preset:
the Amp blocks both had the Bypass mode set to THRU. setting both to MUTE got rid of a ton of popping. it's still there, but much less just by changing that. of course, with it set to THRU, aside from the popping, the "dry" tone of a bypassed amp still went through the preset and took away from the other amp's effectiveness.
the other thing causing the pops was the drastic changes of the MAIN level in the Output block in each scene. some were -6, some were -16, some were -11. when i set these all to 0 dB, then re-adjusted the Amp block Output Level parameters (since one amp was being reduced by -16 dB due to the MAIN setting), i get no popping among Scenes even with all effects on.
i usually don't do this, but here is an adjusted version of the preset with the Amps balanced to 0 on the new horizontal VU meters. i HIGHLY suggest you try to edit the preset as i mention above on your own so you can get used to setting the Amp block Bypass mode to MUTE when you make presets like this.
but if you want to compare after, try this one, labeled EDITED:

once i turn off Axe-Edit, if i spin the A knob on the Axe to change scenes quickly, i get no pops or clicks and go through 1-5 very quickly.
