Anyone knows the difference between the SD-2-24 and the SD-3-24?

This SD-II-24 just popup for $500, negotiable. It is in another province, though, otherwise I would go immediately to see it.

All the Schecter SD I've found on Google Images have only one tone knob and a coil-split switch, so I am not sure about this model with no switch and two tone pots.

Looking back at the pics, I have a question: Where is the truss-rod adjustment??? New SD models have it at the neck joint, but this one doesn't seem to have one.

String tree is missing.

Also, I'm not sure why but the guitar transfers noise to the pickups. Switching the pickups or the mini toggle make fairly audible mechanical sounds and while noodling with the nut locks unlocked they were very audible thru my FM9.

@Andy Eagle - any thoughts on this?
