New FC 12 ....... switch LED problem.

Anybody had this problem before? From the moment I plugged in the FC 12 my switch # 6 (bottom row right) LED's aren't right. Of the four LED's surrounding the switch the top right LED color doesn't always match the other three LED's, but only on certain colors. On some colors the other three LED's may be pale blue and that one LED will be pale green, on some colors no matter what the color that LED just won't be lit at all. Yet on other colors such as red & orange all is normal. Any suggestions?
 
There’s one LED light and the 4 segments are just a “design” that the light shines through. Maybe something is covering one part or something.

Actually there are four LEDs. One of them has failed. The unit will require service.

Me, too... In a wish list post when it was explained why the individual sections of the ring could not be handled individually.

But I don't remember who provided the answer or the exact context ;)
