Need luthier advice from the wisemen

Sounds to me like the frets aren,t leveled properly,Are the notes fretting out or buzzing? buzzing is nature of the beast with some guitars with low action.If its in the middle of the neck, could need more relief,put a capo on the first fret (or finger) and 15th at the same time ,Should have a bit of space at the at the 7th ,8th fret 10 thousands would be nice.Lots of variable's too ,
 
of course with string gauges listed in OP, I'd need to get out my 2x4 picks... DANG those are high! 14's ???
I've heard of folks using 11's, 12's and occasionally 13's, but 14's??? Maybe it's the "drop A" tuning that necessitates..
 
Yea peekamoose is my new Go to shop. I just got back from band practice and it sounded great. Everything sounded much clearer now that the slight buzz was gone. It's a great feeling when things are working for a change.
