It's "Stage Director" on this page:
NAMM Oddities 2011 - Techno Geek Toys

It looks like a foldback wedge from the audience view, but is actually a portrait-oriented LCD screen with access to thousands of song lyrics, transposable chords, set lists, and lots of other goodies. All user modifiable, of course. Multiple boxes on the same stage are synchronised.

I take pride in knowing the songs in the bands I play with, although I occasionally use cheat sheets for complicated arangements. But I've used this in bands doing impromptu performances taking ad-hoc requests from the crowd - works a treat!
