Let's see those FM3 rigs!

Those who are using temple audio boards, how are you guys securing your Fm3's? Any concerns i should know about air flow (mainly obstructing the unit's vent)?

Im kinda interested in getting a duo 17.

i've got the FM3 on a duo24 , just using the m3.5 x 16mm screws + wide m4 washers to attach the FM3 to the unit, works perfectly

there's still clearance from the rubber/protective side panels so there's still plenty of space for the fan, along with the holes of the temple board of course, nothing gets obstructed, if anything you've got more potential air flow with the temple board as it's lifted higher off the ground + holes

i believe fan obstruction can be an issue when using velcro to mount the FM3 to a board and removing the rubber side panels

I could get by with just the FM3 (and have many times) but I enjoy this rig because it's so intuitive and easy to use. The Fender Bassman 20 is set to be pretty clean until I hit it with a clean boost and humbuckers and then it's edgy. The Harlot flat-out crunches. The FM3 does effects, cab sim, and different levels of volume if I need a clean boost or cut.
