Thank you so much!I'll give that a try for you. One of my daughters loves the show and the song.
Hi Fractal forum.
How would you go about creating that lead synth stab sound in “Running up that hill” in Axe FX-III? Any ideas?
Tony has played with three of my favorite guitarist, Page, Gilmour, and John Sykes.Tony's hair was known to kill yaks at 50 paces in those days...
Alan Murphy, a brilliant guitarist who died too young.I actually used to think it was Alan Murphy on guitar.
He was an 80's session ace that Kate partly discovered.
That part was the sort of thing he would add to a track and he's credited on the song. He was using the Step guitarsynth with Go West and Mike and the Mechanics around this time so he could have used that
Or I could be completely wrong and it's one of the keyboards they used
How you'd do it on the Fractal would be for someone like AdminMatt to answer
Alan Murphy, a brilliant guitarist who died too young.
Used to watch him in a band called SFX at the Cricketers Pub in Kennington Oval, London around 1981.
Tiny pub, up close and personal. https://alanmurphylive.com/
Inspired my guitar playing but I couldn't play like he did - liquid solos.
