Yup, pretty sure that's an Axe II. The fractal logo above the big green screen is a strong indicator, too.

Yup. Considering that he´s known to use quite progressive stuff as i e Manson guitars. As well as being an skilled player that not only focuses on what he doing on his guitar but also incorporates effects into the songwriting itself (IMHO). An example of that is "Map of the problematique". Will be great to hear/see if and how he uses his Axe in a such way.
