Also, make sure you're getting a good seal with the buds in your ear. If you're getting live sound bleeding in, it'll make things sound strange.
I use Out 1 for stage, Out 2 for FOH. I use a PEQ block in front of each Out, to mold my sound going to the FOH. I usually drop everything below 90 or 100hz and above 6k to 8k, depending on the subs and top speakers. Some subs are too boomy and some PA tops have too loud of HF drivers. My ears signal is sent back to my personal IEM amp from FOH. The FOH mixing console is configured for our individual preferred ear mix, and EQ'd to tighten up bass, get rid of piercing highs etc. If you are going direct to your ears from the AXE, you can use a PEQ or GEQ right before your second output, to get the tone you like.Hi Everyone,
Im just wondering are any iem users adding or changing anything in their presets when using iems.
I find my presets sound great through FRFR and Front of house but not happy with Iem mix.
Can anyone offer some help please?
Thanks
