how to turn off the tempo blink light.

Use 3M #33 or #83 electrical tape or it will leave a residue when your OCD dissipates.. Or gaffers tape..

Blink your eyes at twice the tempo of the Led, it won't blink anymore... If you start doing it when the Led is on, you'll see the Led off all the time.

Funniest thread I've read in a long time.

You can't shut it off on the Axe-FX. You can cover the LED up or just not look.

On the MFC, you just set the Axe-FX to not send realtime information ("Midi I/O").

turn the tempo up to 2000bpm then the LED will just stay on all of the time

the beauty of this solution is two fold:

1 - the LED stops flashing
2 - you are permanetly reassured that the LED still works
