i even wish there was a "lower" snare (i like thuddy snares)
Low(my favourite) and Medium would probably work by themselves
but the high/13" would only use them to blend for more crack

I was actually thinking about the same thing. Would be so cool to have the ghost notes of the higher snares but the punch and thud of the low snare. Gotta love that 13 inch ring as well for more aggressive genres.

A great technique with these samples is to bounce the main track with the low snare when you bounce down the drums and then when you do OH and Room - switch Kontakt to the high snare and use that. Works great with Med and High. You could also just bounce down your snare track with the high snare and blend it in to taste.

Voted for the medium one because I imagine it's the most versatile, but I thought the 13 inch sounded really cool! That one would probably work great in a Slipknot/grind/punk type production.
