• Complete Batch setter overhaul
• Batch setter conditional treatment : you can add a condition on the source value to set/increase/decrease the value of a parameter

NB : when setting a cab slot, the cab index is 0-based so set the value to 22 if you wanna set cab slot to 23, and condition to 22 too if you wanna test against 23

Axefx III to ax8 was and will never be possible, only the opposite
