Fractal, please answer my email. I need to reset AXE-FX II to factory settings!!

I sent an email yesterday and I'm trying to reset my Axe-FX II because my unit is corrupted somehow and showing the message "Warning: Factory Presets not Loaded Correctly". I can't get the Axe USB drivers to load correctly now. Please help!!

Wait, I might actually be on to something. I am able to connect to Axe-Edit. I might be able to finally figure this out after some USB action..

You can downloaded the factory presets from the support page on Fractal's website. I suggest upgrading to version 5.0 if you are able.

Seriously though Cliff, I think I have figured it out. Just want to make sure the firmware update will refresh the whole "presets not loaded correctly" issue.
