HiHi Al, just wanted to confirm- I have version 1.25 that I was using for my Axe Fx II. I'm assuming this can't be upgraded for my new FM3 and I need to go to the app store to download and start fresh. Is that correct? Thanks!
It works good here so i sent you a pmKeeps crashing for me, both iPad Pro and iPhone XS....it must be the new ios , i hate it...
Al, this is the best app for Axe FX users in the App Store, so i hope you get it work again! Good luck.
HiHey @AIGrenadine , do you think FracPad on a Galaxy Tab would work paired with a WiDi Master? https://www.cme-pro.com/widi-master/
Or I necessarily have to go for the Yamaha's MD-BT01?
Hi
What fasDevice would you connect?
It should work if it is recognized as a regular midi device on the Android system, which i doubt, or if you find an app to make the bridge and let it be considered as a regular midi device for the system...An FM3 and/or AxeFx III (sequentially, of course XD)

Butbi can't see the advantage over a md-bt01
The Yamaha works well on Android tooThanks for the answer! Not really an expert on this so maybe I'm bitting marketing's bait, but apparently it works on Bluetooth 5 vs. 4 and nativelly supports Android (Yamaha advertises iOS support only as far as I've seen).

Doing my research I've seen this video:
The main difference seems to be that WIDI Master can work both in master and slave modes, so you can pair two of them without any computer just like a virtual MIDI cable.
Ugh. Too late. Let us know when we can use/purchase FracPad again. CheersJust FYI, don't update iOS to 14 or 14.2 or 14.3 there are bugs in coreMIDI, causing FracPad (and other midi apps) to crash or not behave correctly :

Thanks Apple
I think you can downgrade to iOS 14.1Ugh. Too late. Let us know when we can use/purchase FracPad again. Cheers
I’ll look into that but last time I tried to do this, it wanted a full backup pre-update to be available. While I check, do you have a guide or manual? Want to see how to connect the Roland UM-One to the FM3 and iPad and make sure things are configured correctly.I think you can downgrade to iOS 14.1
No, just connect it to midi ports and to your iPad, launch fracpad and select the um-one in midi ports if not connecting automaticallyI’ll look into that but last time I tried to do this, it wanted a full backup pre-update to be available.
