FM3 edit problem.

hi, I'm having trouble using the FM3 Edit on my computer Dell XPS 8940 ( on windows 10 20h2)
the video with problem:


in a short time of use, it simply stops working, trying to connect the FM3 to the computer, and does not run.
if i try to use FM3 alone (without FM3 edit), everything works fine.
I tried to test with another USB cable and it didn't work.
When testing another computer, everything worked perfectly.
Everything seems to be an incompatibility between my computer and the FM3 fractal
I wonder if more people had the same problem and how to solve.
I'm using fractal on firmware 3.02

If it works on another computer, then there's something going on with your Dell. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the FM3 drivers? There's two files to install for the USB drivers

yes, i've tried that too.
the computer is very new, and i have already tried to contact Dell support, but so far they say that everything is ok.
I'm trying to understand why this problem with Fractal FM3
