Implemented Fix the latency in the pitch shifting

I know that the Kemper features this, but what is it, actually?
When you shift the pitch of a signal, you hear the entire sound shift — not just the frequencies of the signal, but also the resonances (formants). Example: sing into a microphone, and shift the pitch up one octave. It doesn't sound like you singing at a higher pitch. Instead, it sounds like a chipmunk — a creature with a much smaller vocal tract and correspondingly higher resonances.

Formant shifting aims to give independent control of pitch and resonances, either preserving the resonances to preserve the instrument's voice, or shifting the resonances to give a desired effect.
