Implemented Accurate down tuning Pitch block

As was discussed many times and lately here.

Would be happy to have a better response pitch block (especially in cleans) to achieve precise down tuning up to 1 octave.

I wonder how this sounds in comparison to the Digitech Drop Tune? That pedal was the only stand alone pedal I used with my Axe Fx II. If this new update is as good as that, that would be amazing! I only use on one song and sometimes I have forgotten to turn off for the next tune! Band looks at me weird when I do that of course!

All I can say after spending a lot of time on this, Cliff you nailed it! I can't say enough how I'm enjoying this, it is so useful for me.
