Firware update of AxeFxII to 3.04 has caused a frozen unit

Is there anything to do? The unit just sits staring blankly at me with all lights on. I waited a few minutes after it first went blank. I tried restarting as someone else suggested. Now it just sits with all lights lit. Ugghhh

Is there a hardware reset switch somewhere? Am I just out of luck?

Email support. They will probably send you out a new EPROM. I know you know how to swap it.

Mine displayed similar symptoms and it ended up being a bad board. FA quickly replaced it.

Just happened to me too. Wasn't updating or anything, just went out to play after putting some wax in the cover of a squealing pickup, and found a blank screen with all the lights on. Darn it! Maybe I should finish my 18w marshall clone so I have something to play when the axe is down... Emailed support, hopefully they can send out an eprom monday morning.

Thanks everyone. I did email support and they will be sending out a a replacement EPROM. My first need for Fractal support and it is stellar, as I expected.
