I've been testing your preset for the past 30 minutes and it isn't doing anything unusual. I am sending MIDI clock to the FM9 via 5-pin MIDI. I'm processing audio, changing scenes, and messing with the tempo in Logic and everything is fine.

Given this and the unusual nature of your problem, I think that this moves the needle towards a hardware issue. Please contact our support team via support@fractalaudio.com
