Need an opinion here. I did find one issue. High E 9th fret gives me buzz from the 10th fret. I can actually see that the string has no room to vibrate. Should I just raise the saddle piece up a bit? Neck is otherwise perfect.

There's not much else you can do, short of leveling the frets. Assuming the setup is good (and that's a big assumption), there should be no location-dependent fret buzz on a new guitar.

One more thought: If the guitar is set up properly and there's still fret buzz, I'd be looking at my warranty.

Nah dude just a turn and a half on the saddle piece. No need to lawyer up.
