Hello my name is IB from indonesia.
I just bought a fractal ax fx ultra used with my savings money. I really want to have fractal tp with condition i can only buy axe fx ultra secondhand. I want to ask for help as much as possible I want to restore to the original settings via axe edit . And after being connected to the axe edit it successfully connected but can not save the data in the axe edit to the fractal unit. Please help what is wrong with it. I am very confused and my money I spend to buy this. The price is also very expensive for someone like me.
I use alesis midi cable n connected to ultra unit. But canot send data to fractal unit
