Delay Ratio question

I would like to know what a change in ratio equals time in ms. I use a lot of stereo delay in my presets, and it would be easier for me to use ratio to make a f.ex 10 ms. spread, instead of setting up Dual delay blocks for that. I know I just can rely on my ears to know where the spread sounds right, but would like to know the exact change in ms.

You have to know what your left delay is, in milliseconds. Multiply that by the ratio, and that's how many milliseconds you have on the right delay.

OK ! To have a delayspread of 10ms in a 400ms setting, I must set ratio to 97.7 or 97.3

0.977*400= 390.8 gives 9.2ms and 0.973 gives 10.8 ms

Thank you for the information :)
