I'm gonna have to join the boat here guys.

We need some warmer, more colored options for effects. How hard would it be to add a color knob? Cliff did it for the delay parameter so we could get analog sounding delays, so why can't we get analog sounding effects?

That is what the tape drive is for and filters. That is all the delay is doing. the delays are repeated so that stuff needs to be in the loop. To do it right would increase the processing load significantly (as many things with the delay did).
