31.03

Improved Auto-Swell type in Volume block. The new algorithm features a dynamic threshold which tracks the average level of the input signal. The Hysteresis control determines how much the short-term level must drop below the average level to reset the gate. The Threshold control determines the absolute threshold at which the gate will close.

Improved Envelope Follower in Megatap, Multitap and Plex blocks.

Increased range of High Cut control in Pitch block. The High Cut can now be reduced to as low as 200 Hz.

Added Triggering to Arpeggiator type in Pitch block. When Threshold is set other than “OFF” the arpeggiator will trigger when the input signal exceeds the threshold.

Changed behavior of Arpeggiator so that when the sequence is finished the sequence resets to the first step (rather than stopping at the last step).

Improved pitch shifting in Pitch block. Pitch Tracking is now limited to NOTES and CHORDS (OFF is no longer supported). The Tracking Adjust parameter has been removed as it is no longer relevant.

Fixed Amp block first stage bias point can get corrupted and produce unwanted distortion.

Various other fixes and improvements.

Wow!!! If this is getting to FM3 one day - could you specify what the improvement was?

it will work fine, but there are likely some parameters you cannot adjust fully until the UI catches up to the device firmware. based on the changelog, it sounds like mostly the pitch block. as pointed out below, you can probably use the physical controls until the software is updated.
