I had these new triode algorithms but I didn't think they'd run in real time. On a lark, I coded them and was surprised to see them run with sufficient overhead.

Try the JCM 800s and the Friedman BE/HBEs. Sound amazing IMO.

Dude, I just finished the most ridiculous rewiring of my guitar yesterday, where I tuned the resonant peaks, added high and low pass filters, and passive mid cuts, all tuned using the various Plexis in the Axe through a bunch of IRs. Now I've got new versions of Plexi based amps to play through to celebrate. Thank you so much! I love the Studio Vintage Plexi model, so I cannot wait to try the SC20H. I also love the SmallBox, and I can't wait to try all the Friedmans too!

That little JCM800 Studio is a cool amp. It doesn't sound like its big brothers but it's got its own thing going on that's interesting. Sort of like Marshall meets Vox.

Yup. The Friedmans sound better than ever. I have struggled with them for some time. No more struggle. Knobs pretty straight up, just sounds great.

Thanks Fractal!!! Do existing presets automatically update with the new algorithms? I just made a new patch with the 2203 High, BE V2, and HBE V3 and wanted to compare those specifically with the same settings. I would be updating from v27.03.

The algorithms replace the previous algorithms. You don't have to do anything.
