Which file did you attempt to install when that happened?

I did the dyna cab install. Task manager showed 300+ popups.

Windows 11.

This happened to me once not a lot of fun - what I did was reload an older version firmware and all was fine - do refresh after new firmware - then I reloaded the latest firmware and I was back in business - somehow Axe is looped

I am currently set to that on my presets.

The proximity adds thickness or low end the closer it is. The room is adding the reflections and air. You can go too far pretty quick. A little bit goes a long way.

Loving the Yellow Tuner on my 3. Wondering if we could get more colors for the Tuner and also for the Real Time Analyzer. I'd pay some good moneyz for RTA skins, colors, shapes... a small Winamp within my 3!

They are there. Page over to Config from the Tuner on the front panel

Possible Tuner bug

Tuner on the tft won't go further than -35cents to -50, it skips right to +50. Is that normal behavior?
Tested with 3 different guitars, all the same result

Ah, my bad. I mean the main screen on the AFX3.
It wont go beyond this point when tuning. It goes strait to +50

Happened to me as well, had to reboot W11.

Right before installing main fw file. I had previously installed USB 1.17 fw.

After W11 and Axe reboot, fractal bot indicated an update was available to itself, I updated it, then managed to upload the main fw file normally, with no issues.

I just tried to install firmware 27.01 update, and it disabled all the cabs and cab functions. It wouldn't let me select a cab from cab picker or let me select legacy or dyna cab, nothing worked. I had to go back to firmware 27. Hope you can fix this otherwise I'm stuck on 27.

Weird, that update went fine for me. Maybe try again?

When you open Fractal Bot on the latest version of AXE edit there will be an option to install the cabs. Do that and report back.

What version of the editor?

What firmware version were you on previously?

Do you have the correct current version of DynaCabs installed?

Might even want to look on the AxeFx3 itself, not via AxeEdit, to see if the cabs are available. Might just be a hiccup on AE side of things?? If they aren’t seen, when looking in the hardware, certainly reinstall the cabs. Best

So many things to update I updated the axe edit first then checked cab lab. I had my laptop with me but not the axe so those were first. Axe updates later this weekend. I hope that wasn’t a problem.

I’ve not personally run into any issues updating in that order. As far as I know you should be fine.
